Serving Our Communities
“Community involvement by our company and our associates lets the community know we are stable, that we’re here to stay, and that we care about the community. It’s what we do.”

Serving Our Communities
Since 1891, WoodTrust and its associates have been a vital component of life in central and northern Wisconsin. With “Serve the Community” as one of our four visionary pillars, it is the focus of the company. Living in the community and being part of it means helping other members of the community meet their goals and objectives.
The WoodTrust Charitable Foundation and its sister organization, the Bell Family Foundation, serve communities in Wood, Portage, and Marathon Counties. The WoodTrust Charitable Foundation allows us to give back to the communities that have allowed us to be successful over time. Between our Foundation support, our personal support, and the bank support, we make it our intent every year to create a positive impact on our community. The Foundation Board of Directors seeks to provide both annual operational and special project assistance to local charitable organizations that meet the Foundation’s stated goals and objectives.
These fundamental guidelines, unchanged since 1985, influence our behavior and drive us to remain focused on both building on our strengths and improving on our weaknesses.
