We are looking for individuals who enjoy helping people and who are compelled to provide excellent service to join our Customer Service Representative (CSR) team.

As a CSR, you will be involved in an on-the-job training program to enhance your skills and encourage internal advancement. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive total customer experience by completing banking transactions for individual and business customers.

Keys to success include a professional demeanor, positive attitude, reliability and excellent attention to detail.

As a CSR, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greet customers with a smile
  • Cash checks and take deposits
  • Take loan payments
  • Balance cash drawer
  • Redeem Savings Bonds
  • Issue money orders, cashiers’ checks and gift cards
  • Provide information to customers about bank products and services

This is a full-time position, approximately 38 hours per week, Monday through Friday and every other Saturday morning. WoodTrust Bank offers a full benefit package including a 401(k) matching program and a bank-wide annual bonus sharing program.
