A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ACCOUNT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
We are looking for a problem solver who can handle inquiries in a busy work environment, someone who likes change, and has a desire to continually learn and grow. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive total customer experience by completing banking transactions for individual and business customers.

As an Account Services Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greet customers with a smile
  • Provide information to customers about bank products and services
  • Perform general account maintenance and data entry
  • Back up tellers and operation functions

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Keys to success include a professional demeanor, positive attitude, effective listening and questioning skills, reliability and excellent attention to detail. Must enjoy people and be willing and eager to interact pleasantly with customers and fellow associates alike. Must understand the team concept and be able to function as a member of a team as this team works towards a common goal.

Attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy and the ability to multi-task are essential to this position as well as well as a solid understanding of math concepts, good written communication skills and a desire to solve problems. Knowledge of Windows environment and proficient computer skills are necessary.

It is also essential to observe the strictest secrecy and confidentiality on the subject of accounts and activities of any kind dealing with the bank and maintain a high level of enthusiasm and customer awareness while conveying our confidence in the Bank and the services that are offered.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This is full-time position, Monday through Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., rotating Saturdays (approximately every 3rd or 4th) from 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and offers a great work-life balance.
