A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ACCOUNT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
As an Account Services Representative, your primary responsibilities are to: 

  • answer customer inquiries
  • perform general account maintenance and data entry
  • back up tellers and operation functions

Keys to success include effective listening and questioning skills and use of good judgment when dealing with delicate situations, along with observing the strictest secrecy and confidentiality with customers and accounts.


This is a full-time position with great work-life balance working Monday – Friday during daytime hours and some Saturday mornings.  WoodTrust Bank offers a full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick leave and a 401k matching program along with a bank-wide annual bonus sharing program.
