We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills, is very detail oriented and who enjoys working with people to join our Account Services team. The right candidate will be a problem solver who can handle inquiries in a busy work environment. They will be adaptable to change and have a desire to continually learn and grow.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ACCOUNT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
As an Account Services Representative, your primary responsibilities are to:
- answer customer inquiries
- perform general account maintenance and data entry
- back up tellers and operation functions
Keys to success include effective listening and questioning skills and use of good judgment when dealing with delicate situations, along with observing the strictest secrecy and confidentiality with customers and accounts.
This is a full-time position with great work-life balance working Monday – Friday during daytime hours and some Saturday mornings.
