What You’ll Do
As a Private Banker, you will serve as a trusted first point of contact for customers and play a key role in shaping their overall experience with WoodTrust. This position calls for a well‑organized, highly motivated individual with a genuine interest in and enthusiasm for promoting WoodTrust Bank and its products. Associates should be positive, flexible, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a welcoming customer experience. You will receive ongoing training and development to support your success and opportunities for future advancement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers in person and by phone with professionalism and warmth
- Providing accurate information and guidance on bank products and services
- Opening, maintaining, and servicing customer accounts
- Performing teller transactions with precision and care
- Supporting office operations and administrative tasks
- Contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on shared goals
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and upholding WoodTrust’s high standards of service

- High school diploma or GED; 1 – 3 years of related experience preferred
