Credit Analyst – Wisconsin Rapids
The credit analyst will support the commercial bankers in preparing loan presentations, annual customer reviews and other loan portfolio management tasks. The position will focus on analyzing borrower financial statements for new and existing commercial loans to ensure the loans meet Bank policy standards. The individual will also be responsible for ordering, reviewing and analyzing commercial and residential real estate properties securing the bank’s loans to substantiate the property’s value relative to market, physical and financial conditions. The credit analyst will also need to have experience in ordering and analyzing non-real estate appraisals.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics and/or 1-3 years of experience directly in a credit analyst or in a financial statement preparation/analysis role is desired.

The individual for this position must have excellent organizational, multi-task, and high quality written and verbal communication skills. This position will require the person to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Advance level of Microsoft Excel and Word is required. Microsoft Access experience is preferred. Experience in databases or other enterprise information systems is preferred.


Loan Operations Representative - Wisconsin Rapids
This position is responsible for various tasks related to commercial, mortgage and consumer loan origination and servicing.

The main responsibilities of this position include:
• Preparing loan documents
• Editing, booking, scanning and filing loans
• Updating rates
• Filing and releasing liens
• Ordering flood determinations, verifications, appraisals and title work
• Processing paid loans and posting payments
• Preparing and reviewing reports

The loan operations representative is also responsible for answering phones and assisting customers and must be prepared to back up all areas of loan operations. The successful candidate must have good attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy and the ability to multi-task are essential to this position as well as well as a solid understanding of math concepts, good written communication skills and a desire to solve problems. Knowledge of Windows environment and proficient computer skills are necessary. Associates must be available to work Monday - Friday for between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. with hours adjusted on occasion for meetings and/or special projects.


Teller/Office Assistant (part-time) – Wausau
Interested candidates must have excellent organizational, communication, and high quality customer service skills. The individual must be flexible and willing to perform a wide-range of banking and office duties and work cross-functionally with internal partners. Prior customer contact experience in a financial or retail setting and past banking experience preferred. Individuals must be available to work Monday-Friday for all shifts between 7:45 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.


Teller (part-time) – Wisconsin Rapids
Interested candidates must have excellent organizational, communication, and high quality customer service skills. The individual must be flexible and willing to perform a wide-range of banking and office duties and work cross-functionally with internal partners. Prior customer contact experience in a financial or retail setting and past banking experience preferred. Individuals must be available to work Monday-Saturday for all shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and until 6:00 p.m. on Fridays and some Saturdays 8:00 a.m. – noon.
