Teller (Wisconsin Rapids area) WoodTrust Bank is accepting applications for Tellers at
our Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin locations.
Interested candidates must have excellent organizational, communication, and
high quality customer service skills. The individual must be flexible and
willing to perform a wide-range of banking and office duties and work
cross-functionally with internal partners. Prior customer contact experience in
a financial or retail setting and past banking experience preferred.
Individuals must be available to work Monday-Thursday for
all shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Fridays until 6:00 p.m. and some
Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. – noon.
Bank Operations Representative (Wisconsin Rapids area) WoodTrust Bank is accepting applications for a full-time Bank Operations Representative in Wisconsin Rapids.
The Operations staff is responsible for many of the behind-the-scenes operations of the bank, utilizing several different computer systems, and a variety of daily tasks, including, but not limited to:
Overdraft and Exception Processing
Mail sorting and delivery
Lockbox payment processing
Candidates for this position must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment, work under tight deadlines, be a problem solver, have great attention to detail and observe the strictest secrecy and confidentiality on the subject of accounts and activities of any kind. The successful candidate will have solid math skills along with 10-key calculator, computer and data entry experience. A general understanding of banking operations would be helpful, but is not required.
This position is full-time at approximately 40 hours per week. Associates must be available to work Monday - Friday for all shifts between 7:45 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., some Fridays until 7:00 p.m. and occasional Saturdays.
