Paycheck Protection Program

On December 27, 2020, President Trump signed the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act into law, providing critical additional economic relief for American workers, families, and businesses that have been adversely impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.

As part of this legislation, the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) will be reopened to provide funding to small businesses impacted by the coronavirus. The program will again provide loans to small business that did not participate in PPP when it was available between April and August 2020. The program will also provide for a second draw for businesses that obtained a PPP loan during that time.
