We are looking for someone who has the ability to multi-task and who is compelled to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Real estate loan processing experience is helpful, but not necessary.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LOAN PROCESSOR
As a Loan Processor, your primary responsibilities will be processing commercial and mortgage loans, completing loan documents, ordering title work, appraisals, posting payments and preparing periodic reports.  This position will require effective communication with loan originators, underwriters, external vendors and sometimes customers. 

Keys to success include a professional demeanor, positive attitude, reliable and excellent oral and written communication skills and sound analytic abilities.  We will provide an on-the-job training program to enhance skills and encourage internal advancement.  You will also have online training courses and webinars as resources for advancing job skills. 

This is full-time position with a great work-life balance working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.  WoodTrust Bank offers a full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick leave and a 401(k) matching program along with a bank-wide annual bonus sharing program.
