Mr. Roberts is a partner and shareholder with the Ruder Ware law firm in Wausau, WI, where he concentrates his practice in business and commercial law, specializing in the areas of corporate mergers and acquisitions, finance, lending and private equity capital transactions.

Mr. Roberts, who received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, has practiced in the Wausau area for many years. He is very engaged in the community, currently serving as President of the Grand Theatre Foundation, director of various other Foundations and past President of the Wausau Region Chamber of Commerce. Professionally, he serves on the Wisconsin Law Foundation and has annually received the Best Lawyers in America recognition for Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions Law since 2007. Mr. Roberts also serves as Chairman of the State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB) in Madison.
