Wisconsin Rapids, WI, – March 21, 2013: WoodTrust Bank is pleased to announce three officer additions to its WoodTrust Asset Management division. Jim Firminhac and Kathy Simon-Kastein have joined the company in key client relationship management roles and Joan McCarville has assumed supervisory responsibility for daily trust operations and compliance activities.
Mr. Firminhac brings 24 years of financial services experience to WoodTrust, with particular expertise in personal trust administration and investment management solutions. As Vice President – Personal Trust Services, Jim will focus on new business development and client relationship management, working from the WoodTrust Plover Office.
Mrs. Simon-Kastein joins WoodTrust as Vice President – Retirement Plans, with over 20 years of employee benefits experience. Kathy brings considerable client relationship management, technical and business development skills to WoodTrust’s institutional business – the fastest growing segment within the company.
With 20 years of banking and not-for-profit experience, Ms. McCarville joins the WoodTrust team as Assistant Vice President – Trust Operations & Compliance. Joan’s duties will include oversight of daily transactional, compliance and quality control activities.
