Q. Is there any cost to use Internet Banking?
A. No, the use of Internet Banking for consumer accounts is FREE. This includes all the functionality of viewing detail transaction information on deposit and loan accounts, transferring funds between accounts, viewing images of checks online, setting up automatic email alerts and much more.

Q. Is there any cost to pay bills online?
A. If you are approved for Bill Pay there will be a monthly fee of $4.95 per month that is charged to your account. There is NO additional per bill fee charged to your account. Please note that the first three months, the $4.95 monthly fee will be waived.

Q. I am unable to transfer funds between my own accounts, am I doing something wrong?
A. Your accounts need to be linked in order to transfer funds between them. Prior to enrolling for Internet Banking if you were able to transfer funds via the Anytime Banking Center then these accounts have already been linked and should be able to transfer funds via the Internet as well. If your accounts are not linked you will need to request which accounts you would like to be linked. This can be done by calling the bank during normal business hours or by sending a secured email via the “Message Center” within the Internet Banking system.

Q. I am able to transfer funds between my checking and savings accounts but not to my Home Equity Line of Credit account. Can this be setup to do transfers?
A. Yes, transfers can be done between your Home Equity Line of Credit account and a checking or savings account, however these must be setup/linked to do so. This can be done by calling the bank during normal business hours or by sending a secured email via the “Message Center” within the Internet Banking system. After the setup has been completed you can transfer funds at any time via the Internet.

Q: When I make a transfer to my loan, is it applied to principal only or toward my next interest and principal payment?
A: All transfers to loan accounts are first applied to any interest and principal payments that are currently due. Any excess money from the transfers will be applied to principal only.
