Dear Valued Client:
ePrimeVest has upgraded to a new platform called iconnect2invest, which will provide increased functionality now and much more flexibility for future enhancements.
Re-Enrollment Process
You will need to go through a simple re-enrollment process for the site. Here are a few things needed to complete this process:
- Your Account number and password.
- Have your Social Security Number readily available.
- Any Watchlist information.
- Any linked accounts so you can re-establish them.
Accessing the new online platform can continue to be done from the WoodTrust.com web page, then selecting Investment Services or Discount Brokerage from the account access drop-down. Once you have accessed the iconnect2invest website, select the Click Here button next to Activate an Online Account. Fill in the required fields to complete the registration and then submit your request. You will also be requested to complete the one-time NYSE Agreement for Market Data.
What has changed?
- Navigation has moved to the top of the page as opposed to down the side—you will be able to hover over tabs and drop downs will appear making it easier to navigate the site.
- You will be able to customize your home page view.
- Watch the online video tutorials at www.iconnect2invest.com/tour/virtualtours.html.
- Watchlists did not migrate to the new system. You will need to set them up again in the new platform.
- Bookmarks and Favorites will need to be reset.
- Linked Accounts – Previously linked accounts will need to be re-established; however, you will be able to enroll all of your accounts at once, saving you time.
- eDelivery – You will not have to re-establish eDelivery. If you haven’t signed up for eDelivery of documents, this is the perfect time to do so.
