Do all WoodTrust cards earn points?
No. Only WoodTrust Rewards Cards earn points. That includes the WoodTrust Credit Card, WoodTrust
Debit Card, and WoodTrust Business Check Card.
How do I earn points?
Credit Card
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent with a WoodTrust Credit Card.
Debit Card
Earn 1 point for every $2 spent with a WoodTrust Debit Card. PIN purchases,
ATM transactions, cash advances, and balance transfers do not earn points.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
No! Unlike with other programs, WoodTrust Rewards has no monthly or annual
point limits.
When do I begin earning points?
Start earning points as soon as WoodTrust Credit Card or WoodTrust Rewards
Card is used. The point balance is updated monthly, generally by the tenth
business day of the month. Points earned in January will be reflected in your
February point balance.
Can I combine points from all my WoodTrust Rewards Cards?
Yes! Provided accounts share the same primary Social Security number, they can combine points automatically. In fact, it is encouraged it since it’s the fastest way to accumulate points and redeem them for WoodTrust Rewards.
How do I check my points balance?
Track points online at points2u.com* or by calling
1-866-POINTS2U. The balance is updated monthly, generally by the tenth business day of the month. Personal bankers at WoodTrust Bank branch locations do not have access to one's points balance.
How do I get a User Name and a Password to access my online WoodTrust Rewards information?
Simply complete the online New User Registration Form at points2u.com*. This form creates a new profile with a User Name and Password you select. On-screen prompts guide one through the form, so it’s fast and easy to complete. The WoodTrust Rewards Card must be at least 30 days old before choosing a User Name and Password
