WoodTrust Bank, N.A. Announces Board of Director Additions

WoodTrust Bank’s Board of Directors voted to elect Dr. John Clark and Mr. Benjamin Reif to serve as directors of the independent financial services company headquartered in Wisconsin Rapids, WI.

Dr. John Clark is President of Mid-State Technical College. He has a B.S. in Industrial/Vocational Education and a M.S. in Vocational Education with an Administration and Curriculum emphasis, both from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, and a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Clark’s recent community involvement includes the Wisconsin Rapids Noon Rotary Club, the Riverview Hospital Association Board of Directors, the Riverview Health Care Foundation Board of Directors, the Portage County Business Council Board of Directors, Council of North Central Two-Year Colleges Board of Directors, University of Wisconsin-Stout School of Education Advisory Board, and Vice President of the Wisconsin Technical College System Presidents’ Association.

Benjamin Reif currently serves as Vice President and General Manager of Wausau Coated Products, Inc., headquartered in Wausau, WI. He graduated with a degree in Economics from Boston College before joining the company as a regional sales manager in Minneapolis, MN and later Dallas, TX. The primary business of Wausau Coated Products is the manufacturing of pressure sensitive label material, selling primarily to roll and sheet-fed printers in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Mr. Reif has direct responsibility for sales and marketing, operations and technical/R & D.
