New Wausau Office Opens for Business

We are pleased and excited to announce that the next phase in the expansion of WoodTrust Financial Corporation’s presence in central Wisconsin is nearly complete. On August 6, we will open our doors for business in the new Dudley Tower in downtown Wausau. We look forward to providing more convenient services for our existing Wausau-area customers and hope to expand our client base in this dynamic market. Also relocating to the Dudley Tower will be our mortgage brokerage company, WoodTrust Mortgage Professionals, previously located at 2804 Rib Mountain Drive. WoodTrust Bank acquired Mortgage Professionals two years ago to better assist the needs of our customers.

The new Wausau office will focus on serving business banking, trust, investment and retirement plan customers and will also offer comprehensive retail banking solutions. Coordinating all of these services through a knowledgeable and dedicated relationship team will create a professional, high-touch, business and private banking environment. Our continual investment in advanced technological solutions, combined with great support from the talented associates in our Wisconsin Rapids headquarters, provides us with capabilities that make it easy for customers to partner with WoodTrust Financial Corporation.

To deliver unparalleled service to clients, we have assembled a talented and experienced team in the Wausau office. The associates listed on page 5 of this newsletter, averaging 19 years of experience in the financial services industry, will be located in The Dudley Tower. This group of individuals will join the rest of the WoodTrust team in providing excellent service to our valued customers, regardless of their location.

With the opening of our seventh location, WoodTrust associates are better positioned than ever to provide our customers with the high quality service they expect and deserve.
