- Jeffrey E. Gellerman, Senior Vice President and Senior Lending Officer
- Jeff has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, 27 of those years are at WoodTrust Bank. Jeff is a graduate of University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with a double major in Business Administration & Economic and minor in Computer Science. Jeff has completed the Senior Loan Officer Affiliation Program and CEO Affiliation Program offered through Alex Sheshnuoff Management Services as well as a 1993 Graduate of the Graduate School of Banking, University of Colorado – Boulder.
- Carson L. Heinecke, Vice President - Commercial Loans
- Carson graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh and is also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking Program. Carson joined WoodTrust Bank in in 1991 and has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Carson is actively involved in a variety of community volunteer organizations. He served as a past board member of the Boys & Girls Club and the Wisconsin Rapids Youth Sports Association, and chairman of both the United Way of South Wood County and the Economic Development Committee of the Wisconsin Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Heart of Wisconsin Business and Economic Alliance and is a director of the South Wood County Economic Development Corporation.

- Bill attended the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking Program and the WBA Commercial Lending School - St. Norbert College. Bill began his banking career in 1972. Prior to joining WoodTrust Bank in 2001, he was a lending officer at Community State Bank, Wisconsin Rapids and M&I Bank, Stevens Point. Bill is a past president of the Port Edwards School Board and served on the Board of Directors of the Portage County United Way.
- Louise A. Ticknor, Vice President - Consumer/Mortgage Loans
- Louise is a Wisconsin Rapids native with over 33 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has held several positions since joining WoodTrust Bank, including Teller Manager and Personal Banker. Louise has attended the School of Lending Principles, the Consumer Credit School, and the Wisconsin Rapids Community Leadership Program and is a member of the Management and Personnel Clubs.

- Bonnie has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined WoodTrust Financial Group in 2007, working in the areas of private banking and mortgage lending. She has extensive lending and relationship management experience. Prior to joining WoodTrust, Bonnie was the Regional Private Banking Manager for US Bank. She attended North
Central Technical College and has completed numerous finance and industry related courses. Bonnie is involved in the United Way, the Wausau Area Chamber of Commerce, and other community organizations.

- Lori has 26 years of banking experience with WoodTrust Bank. She has held various positions within the Bank prior to her current position as Loans Operations Manager. Lori is responsible for compliance regulations, secondary market guidelines, and loan documentation. She has attended numberous lending and underwriting classes.
- Laura Francis, Mortgage/Consumer Loan Officer
- Laura is a lifelong resident of Wisconsin Rapids and has over 20 years of retail lending experience. She is a public relations graduate of Patricia Sevens Career College and attended the Wisconsin Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. Laura has served as a past loaned executive and business chairperson of South Wood County United
Way and currently serves as Vice President of the Lincoln High School Cheer & Stunt Booster Club.
- Carol Lester, Mortgage & Consumer Lender
- Carol has been in the Stevens Point – Plover area since 1987 and has over 17 years of banking experience,
15 of which have been in the retail lending area. Before joining WoodTrust Bank in January of 2007, she was a lending officer at Associated Bank and The Portage County Bank. Carol is very active in the community. At the present time she is a PABA Backer for the Plover Area Business Association and also on the Programming and Events Committee. She is also a member of the Golden Sands Homebuilders Association, Portage County Business Council and Plover Kiwanis where she is serving on the Board of Directors.

- Larrie R. Hayes, Vice President and Cashier
- A Minnesota native, Larrie is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a B.S. degree in Agricultural Economics and a 2006 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking Program. He began his professional career at Northland Cranberries, Inc. in Wisconsin Rapids where he held various operation management positions prior to becoming Information Systems Director. He joined WoodTrust Bank in 1997 as Assistant Vice President - Information Systems and, in 2003, was named Vice President - Retail Banking. As a member of the Bank's Executive Committee, he oversees Information Systems and Deposit Services.

- Pam Anderson, Assistant Vice President
- Pam has 27 years of retail banking experience, all with WoodTrust Bank. She has held several different positions during her years of service and is currently responsible for the Teller and Account Services Teams. She also serves as the Bank's Security Officer. Pam has attended several leadership and industry related courses and has been very active in the community, serving as an Ambassador for the Heart of Wisconsin for the past three years and on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club.

- Kristi is responsible for Retail Corporate Services, Individual Retirement and Health Savings Account administration, and provides support to the Personal Banking area. She has 28 years of retail banking experience with WoodTrust Bank and serves as the Bank Secrecy Officer. Kristi is a 2007 graduate of the Wisconsin Rapids Community Leadership Program and has been involved in a variety of community activities.

- Steven C. Bell, President and CEO
- Steve graduated from UW-River Falls with a B.S. degree in Economics and Business Administration. He has served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of WoodTrust Financial Corporation, WoodTrust Bank and WoodTrust Asset Management since 1985. Steve is also the founder and a Director of the WoodTrust – Bell Foundation, established in 1994. Prior to his banking career, Steve was President and owner of the Johnson Hill regional department store chain.

- Mary is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She also has obtained her CPA accreditation. Prior to joining WoodTrust Bank in 1977 as an internal auditor, Mary worked for two years in public accounting. Mary currently is a member of the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Automated Clearing house Association (WACHA),
Vice Chair of Riverview Healthcare Foundation, and a past director for Riverview Hospital Association (11 years).

- Sandra L. Oleson, Assistant Vice President and Human Resources
- Sandi is a graduate of Assumption High School and has been employed at WoodTrust Bank since 1973, Sandi became the Executive Secretary in 1978 and was named to the position of Assistant Investment Officer in 1987. Since 1983, Sandi has been known as Steve Bell's assistant and as manager of the Human Resource Department. Sandi was named to the position of Assistant Vice President in 1993.

- Matt is a native of Rhinelander, a graduate of Rhinelander High School and the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point. Matt is currently attending the Heart of Wisconsin Business & Economic Alliance Community Leadership program.

- Angie joined WoodTrust in 1996 when she moved to the area and has held several positions within WoodTrust. Angie is a graduate of Plymouth Regional High School in Plymouth, NH. Angie is currently working towards her Bank Marketing Diploma and Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) designation. Angie is a member of the Riverview Hospital Auxiliary, on the Associate Member Committee with the Wisconsin State Cranberry Growers Association and board member of the South Wood County Humane Society.

- Chad is a graduate of Indiana University with a B.S. degree in Finance. Prior to joining WoodTrust in 1996, he served as a corporate trust administrator and Employee Benefit Officer with Marshall & Ilsley Trust Company in Milwaukee, WI. He is responsible for the WoodTrust Asset Management investment program. Chad is a member of the Board of Directors of WoodTrust Financial Corporation, WoodTrust Bank, WoodTrust Asset Management, the South Wood County YMCA and the WoodTrust – Bell Foundation, Inc. He also serves as Executive Vice President of WoodTrust Bank.
- Jon R. Clark, Vice President and Investment Officer
- Jon was born and raised in Wisconsin Rapids. He attended the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota and then worked in the cranberry and paper industries. In 1994 Jon began his career in investments as a NASD registered securities broker licensed Series 6, 7, and 63, with Wachovia Securities in Minneapolis. In 1997, Jon relocated to Wisconsin Rapids. He has been with WoodTrust Asset Management since 1998. Jon is a member of the SEI Private Banking Asset Management Advisory Council as well as a member of the Board of Directors for the St. Joseph's Hospital Foundation in Marshfield.
- Mike Glodosky, CTFA, Vice President and Investment Officer
- Mike is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Prior to joining WoodTrust Asset Management in 1998, Mike spent six years in the United States Marine Corps and was with Firstar Corporation for eight years. His experience at Firstar began in commercial lending, with the last four years as a personal trust officer with the Trust Company. Mike is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor, a graduate of the Cannon Personal Trust School, and is actively involved in a variety of community volunteer programs and organizations.
- James L. Mance, CTFA, Vice President
- Jim grew up in Minneapolis and attended the University of Minnesota. He graduated with honors from Cannon Financial Institute and earned his Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation. His professional career includes 16 years as Vice President at ADP (Automatic Data Processing) and 5 years as Vice President of Corporate Accounts with a division of Thomson Financial. Jim is a member of the Central Arizona Estate Planning Council, sits on the Investment Committee and serves as the director of the southwest office in Scottsdale, Arizona.

- Terry is a Wisconsin Rapids native. He began his financial services career in 1987 with Charles Schwab & Co. in San Antonio, Texas. Terry served as branch manager with Schwab, relocating to the Chicago area in 1992. In 1996 he returned to central Wisconsin as a financial consultant with M&I Financial Advisors. Terry received his Certified Financial Planner designation from the CFP Board of Standards in January 2000, after completing three years of extensive coursework and examinations. Terry began his career with WoodTrust Asset Management in March 2003 as an investment officer, and his current responsibilities include retirement plan administration and membership on the WoodTrust Investment Committee.

- Jason is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a B.S. degree in Economics and of the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater with a Masters of Business Administration degree with a Finance emphasis. He was an intern for WoodTrust Asset Management in the summer of 2004 and in June 2006 became part of the Investment Team, where he is responsible for the investment analysis and research process for WoodTrust. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the South Wood County YMCA.

- Linda L. Bender, JD, Vice President and Personal Trust & Compliance Officer
- Linda has 18 years experience in the WoodTrust Private Banking and Personal Trust Group. Prior to joining WoodTrust Asset Management in 1989, she administered qualified retirement plans for six years. Linda received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and law degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Banker’s Association – Trust Banking Section Board, the St. Lawrence Parish Council and Finance Committee, and President of the Assumption High School Foundation.
- Mary Anne Getzin, CFP, Vice President and Personal Trust Officer
- Mary Anne attended St. Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana, and the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She received her Certified Financial Planner designation in 1993. Mary Anne has 29 years of private banking experience, which includes 21 years of specializing in trust administration. She serves as Chairperson for Opportunity Development Centers Trust for Rehabilitation, Treasurer of Girl Scouts of Woodland Council and member of the Finance Committee of Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church.
- Kristin J. Barry, Vice President and Personal Trust Officer
- Kristin graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. For the past 11 years she served as Vice President - Bank Manager of Harris Bank, Barrington, Illinois. She was honored amongst over 200 bank managers as a member of Harris' Top Producers Club. Kristin was a board member of Barrington Youth and Family Services for 10 years, holding secretary, treasurer and fund development positions. Kristin also volunteered with the local Hospice, United Way and Barrington Schools, where she taught personal finance and savings programs. Kristin recently moved to Wausau, Wisconsin and has joined the WoodTrust Private Banking and Personal Trust Group. She is a member of Wausau's Noon Rotary Club, and is looking forward to involvement with the Arts in the Wausau Area.

- Blanche attended Mid-State Technical College for Accounting. She began her career at WoodTrust Asset Management in 2002 as a Personal Trust Assistant, responsible for assisting in daily trust operations. In 2004 she was promoted to Personal Trust Officer, responsible for providing daily trust operation duties as well as client services and private banking. Prior to joining WoodTrust Asset Management, she served 17 years with Westland Insurance as an Insurance Agent. Blanche holds the State of Wisconsin Insurance Licenses for Property, Casualty, Life and Health. She has obtained the Certified Insurance Representative and Certified Insurance Counselor Designations. She also serves as a Eucharistic Minister at St Vincent de Paul Church.

- Diane is a lifelong resident of Wisconsin Rapids. She has an Associate’s degree in Accounting from Mid-State Technical College and has completed numerous professional development programs. Diane has 17 years of private banking experience. Prior to joining WoodTrust Asset Management in 1998, Diane worked in various positions at WoodTrust Bank. Diane currently oversees personal trust operations and assists the personal trust officers in providing client services.

- Sandy has 31 years of private banking and trust experience. She is responsible for duties associated with daily operations and assists the private banking services team with the administration of personal trust accounts. Sandy also serves as the front office receptionist in Wisconsin Rapids.

- Patti J. Moffat, CRSP, Vice President, Retirement Plan Group
- Patti is responsible for the Retirement Plan Team at WoodTrust Asset Management. She has been with WoodTrust Financial Corporation for twenty-nine years. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point with a degree in Mathematics, she worked in various positions with WoodTrust Bank before becoming the corporate auditor. She served in that capacity for eight years and was responsible for all audit functions of WoodTrust Bank and WoodTrust Asset Management . In 1994, Patti was named to her current position with WoodTrust Asset Management . She has over twenty years of ERISA and qualified retirement plan experience. Patti has completed the required exams and coursework in earning her Certified Retirement Services Professional designation.
- Teresa A. Anderson, QPA, QKA, Vice President, Retirement Plan Group
- Teresa has joined WoodTrust Asset Management as an administrative officer for Retirement Plan Services. She has over 25 years of ERISA and qualified retirement plan experience. Teresa began her career in 1980 in qualified plan administration at First Wisconsin in Madison , WI. In 1984, she was the office manager/security trader at Thompson Investment Management in Madison. In 1989, Teresa joined CUNA Mutual Group Retirement Services serving in many management capacities, most recently as a Senior Pension Consultant - Regional Manager for large credit unions located on the east coast. Teresa is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and has attained her Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 40l(k) Plan Administrator (QKA) designations. She is currently working to attain her Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) designation.
- Dawnn M. Leow, Assistant Vice President, Retirement Plan Group
- Dawnn is responsible for account administration and day-to-day operations for the Retirement Plan Services Team and manages the conversion process for all incoming retirement plans. Acting as liaison between employer and previous recordkeeper/trustee with WoodTrust, Dawnn monitors the process with a clearly defined conversion timeline. As the primary contact for the recordkeeping system, Dawnn's responsibilities also include daily processing, participant and plan sponsor web set-up and maintenance, periodic upgrades and problem solving/trouble shooting. In March 2003, Dawnn was honored as a Young Career Woman by the Wisconsin Rapids Chapter of Business and Professional Women. Prior to joining WoodTrust Asset Management in May 2001, she had thirteen years of qualified retirement plan experience with her previous employer, Marshall & Ilsley Trust Company in Milwaukee, WI. Dawnn graduated from Alverno College in Milwaukee with a degree in Business Management.
- Mary B. Halkowski, Administrative Coordinator
- Mary graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point with a degree in Education and has worked for WoodTrust Financial Corporation for 30 years. The last 20 years have been spent with the Retirement Plan Team of WoodTrust Asset Management. She is responsible for recording, allocating, and verifying contribution, distribution, earnings, and census information. Mary is also responsible for maintaining and filing all government reports and administrative files.
- Rachel A. Reinwand, Administrative Coordinator
- Rachel joined the Retirement Plan Team in February 2006. She assists with the daily administration of retirement accounts. Rachel is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin − Stevens Point with a degree in Economics. Prior to joining WoodTrust Asset Management, Rachel spent 12 years in the pulp and paper industry, spending several of those years in the Investor Relations department.

- Leah was born and raised in central Wisconsin. She began her trust career in June 2006 with the Retirement Plan Team, where she assists with the daily administration of retirement accounts. Leah is a graduate of Mid-State Technical College with degrees in Business Administration and Financial Services. Prior to joining WoodTrust Asset Management, Leah was employed by WoodTrust Bank for three years.

- Susan K. Reinke, Assistant Investment Officer and Wausau Office Manager
- Sue graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point and also attended the University of Madrid, Spain. Prior to joining WoodTrust Asset Management, Sue was employed by WoodTrust Bank, most recently as Assistant Vice President & Assistant Controller. She has 12 years of trust experience and graduated from Cannon Financial Institute – Trust Operations where she earned her CSOP designation. She was a charter member of the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity, a volunteer for United Way, and served as co-chair of the Family Center Capital Campaign Steering Committee.
- Gregory G. Bogenpohl, Investment Coordinator
- Greg is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration - Finance. Greg has been with WoodTrust Asset Management for over 15 years, providing clients with a variety of technical services. Greg’s primary responsibilities include managing the effective use of investment-related technology, maintenance of client databases and product performance reports, and the creation and maintenance of WoodTrust marketing materials. His community involvement has included volunteer work with the United Way, and he currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Child Care Resource & Referral. He also coaches softball and basketball, and is an active member of the Port Edwards Athletic Booster Club.
